Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions auto-renew
Paid StackDive™ plans (e.g. Developer) are recurring subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the cycle you chose — at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Your payment method on file is charged at the start of each new period.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing → Manage Subscription in your account, which opens our secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals.
When you cancel, you keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not interrupt access you've paid for.
3. Refunds
Because StackDive™ is a digital service delivered immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current paid period rather than receiving a refund.
AI credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been used.
We may make exceptions at our discretion — for example, duplicate charges or a verified billing error. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will mark the account as past due. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be downgraded to the free plan.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants a mandatory cooling-off or refund right, we honor it.
